What difficulty did you come to coaching with?

I started coaching with Evgeniya to understand what kind of career I would like to build in this area. Before I started working, I was taking some action in this direction, but not in a hurry at all.

What was useful in the work?

At the first meeting, I realized my deadlines and realized that I needed to increase my search intensity very much, which I did.

Over the next month, with Evgeniya's help, I better understood my values, found some potentially interesting industries and started to explore them.

How did you feel during the sessions?

Evgeniya leads the sessions very gently, there is no sense of pressure, everything goes quite naturally, and it turns out to reveal quite deep issues without interrogation and torture. The conversation is on equal footing; there is no effect of Evgeniya explaining how to live. Very pleasant communication. I highly recommend Evgeniya as a coach, 10 out of 10.
