Our coaching journey is structured into three progressive blocks, each designed to guide you from self-discovery to confident job search execution. Whether you are transitioning from academia or reimagining your career path, this program ensures clarity, confidence, and actionable results.
Before you can communicate your value to others, you need to understand it yourself. This block helps you uncover your core drivers and build a strong foundation for your career transition.
Session 1: Values
In this session, we’ll uncover the core values that guide your decisions and shape your ideal work environment. Understanding your values helps you identify roles and organizations where you’ll thrive. You’ll also learn how to express these values authentically in interviews — through the questions you ask and the way you present yourself — ensuring alignment between your career path and personal principles.
Session 2: Strengths
We’ll identify your key strengths and explore how they show up in your work. These strengths will become central to your professional narrative — featured in your CV, highlighted in your LinkedIn profile, and used to answer behavioral interview questions with confidence and clarity. This session helps you articulate your value in a way that resonates with employers.
Session 3: Long-Term Vision
Together, we’ll define your long-term career goals and the direction you want to pursue. This vision will guide your job search strategy and help you evaluate opportunities with purpose. It also becomes a powerful storytelling tool in interviews, showing employers that you’re intentional, motivated, and aligned with their mission.
Session 4: Self-Esteem
Build confidence in your skills and experiences to own your professional narrative.
Now that you know your value, it’s time to communicate it effectively. This block focuses on crafting your professional presence and mastering key communication tools.
Session 5: LinkedIn
Optimize your profile and learn how to use LinkedIn strategically for visibility and connection.
Session 6: Networking
Develop authentic networking strategies that feel natural and effective.
Session 7: CV & Cover Letter
Translate your academic and professional experience into compelling application materials.
Session 8: Interview Preparation
Practice telling your story with clarity and confidence in interviews.
With clarity and tools in hand, this final block supports you in taking action and adapting to your unique needs.
Session 9: Salary Negotiation
Learn how to confidently navigate salary discussions and advocate for your worth. This session equips you with strategies to research market rates, articulate your value, and handle negotiation conversations with clarity and professionalism—whether it's your first offer or a career pivot.
Session 10: Topic on Demand
This flexible session to address what matters most to you at this stage..
My self-esteem has grown. Communication with people became easier and clearer. I adjusted the balance between family, work and personal time. I realized that teamwork is of utmost importance to me and incorporated that knowledge into my career plan. I realized that I could leapfrog the senior engineer position and move towards project management.
I started thinking in terms of interesting projects rather than job categories. I now know what to emphasize when applying for a job, taking into account my values and strengths, which we broke down in the sessions. I have mapped out the steps for the first year, five years and 10 years ahead.
It is now three months after the last session and I have already completed 40% of my first year plan! I can see that I'm moving in the right direction and I'm fully motivated. Yeeeee! In those three months, I took responsibility for two projects and delegated some routine tasks. My salary increased by 10%, I was recognized as a valuable employee and offered a contract extension. I also learned how to translate conflicts into constructive discussions.
I formulated my long-term career goal through understanding how I want to feel in 10 years and what kind of foundation I need to enjoy the next 10-15 years of my career.
The sessions with Zhenya really helped me to get through another step of uncertainty in career development, which I have every few years (“I want to move somewhere, but I don't quite understand where”). And also managed to work on fears and attitudes that somewhere in the subconscious spoil the quality of life on a daily basis.
I liked the “homework” between sessions in the form of small steps aimed at small changes right now. Took this practice with me because self-reflection and understanding the problem is a more understandable step for me, but implementing it in my life right now was what I was missing.
The openness, lack of even a hint of judgment, and Jenine's background, which is somewhat similar to mine, helped make the sessions as comfortable and effective for me as possible.
Probably the most important, even if not profitable for Zhenya 😂 , is the skill of self-coaching. The skill of asking myself questions: why this is important to me, why this makes me happy and this annoys me, and what I can do about it.
Internally defining my personal priorities feels like it has put my career and self-esteem on such solid pillars instead of an uncertain soupy mishmash. This certainty helps me prioritize in the moment and look boldly into the future, checking career opportunities/perspectives against my personal values.
I also realized that my current employer is a great fit for me personally at my stage of life and that in this consulting position I have a lot of opportunities to create my own personal path/career aligned with my values and interests.
Unexpected result: I've always been roughly indifferent to what I wear, but now that I need to be in formal business attire from time to time, I've become interested in the topic of personal style and formal wear that is comfortable for me. I'm working on it now as part of my career representation of myself.
Thanks to this I made my first presentation in the company (I wanted to do more presentations). I am now brave enough to take on new tasks to learn how to do them well. I openly communicate my strengths and weaknesses, defining the status quo so that there are no misunderstandings with clients and colleagues.
