Session 1. Strengths Exploration (90 minutes)
Uncover the thinking and behavioral patterns that define your strengths. Learn how to recognize and apply them in your current work and future career.
Session 2. Personal and Professional Values (90 minutes)
Explore what drives you — and what drains you. Understand how value misalignment can lead to burnout and how to find environments where you thrive.
Session 3. Sustainable Long-Term Vision (60 minutes)
Define a clear, meaningful career goal aligned with your values, industry preferences, and desired role. This becomes the compass for everything that follows.
Session 4. Strategic Career Planning (120 minutes)
Translate your vision into action:
Create a 3-year roadmap with key outcomes
Set a focused, achievable 1-year plan
Break down the first 3 months, especially the first month, to build early momentum
We also identify the strengths you can start using immediately to move forward sustainably.
Session 5. Progress Follow-Up (60 minutes)
Several weeks later, we meet for a check-in to:
Reflect on what has worked
Address obstacles that may have come up
Adjust your strategy and maintain forward momentum
This session supports accountability and helps ensure real progress beyond the coaching space.
My self-esteem has grown. Communication with people became easier and clearer. I adjusted the balance between family, work and personal time. I realized that teamwork is of utmost importance to me and incorporated that knowledge into my career plan. I realized that I could leapfrog the senior engineer position and move towards project management.
I started thinking in terms of interesting projects rather than job categories. I now know what to emphasize when applying for a job, taking into account my values and strengths, which we broke down in the sessions. I have mapped out the steps for the first year, five years and 10 years ahead.
It is now three months after the last session and I have already completed 40% of my first year plan! I can see that I'm moving in the right direction and I'm fully motivated. Yeeeee! In those three months, I took responsibility for two projects and delegated some routine tasks. My salary increased by 10%, I was recognized as a valuable employee and offered a contract extension. I also learned how to translate conflicts into constructive discussions.

I formulated my long-term career goal through understanding how I want to feel in 10 years and what kind of foundation I need to enjoy the next 10-15 years of my career.
The sessions with Zhenya really helped me to get through another step of uncertainty in career development, which I have every few years (“I want to move somewhere, but I don't quite understand where”). And also managed to work on fears and attitudes that somewhere in the subconscious spoil the quality of life on a daily basis.
I liked the “homework” between sessions in the form of small steps aimed at small changes right now. Took this practice with me because self-reflection and understanding the problem is a more understandable step for me, but implementing it in my life right now was what I was missing.
The openness, lack of even a hint of judgment, and Jenine's background, which is somewhat similar to mine, helped make the sessions as comfortable and effective for me as possible.

Probably the most important, even if not profitable for Zhenya 😂 , is the skill of self-coaching. The skill of asking myself questions: why this is important to me, why this makes me happy and this annoys me, and what I can do about it.
Internally defining my personal priorities feels like it has put my career and self-esteem on such solid pillars instead of an uncertain soupy mishmash. This certainty helps me prioritize in the moment and look boldly into the future, checking career opportunities/perspectives against my personal values.
I also realized that my current employer is a great fit for me personally at my stage of life and that in this consulting position I have a lot of opportunities to create my own personal path/career aligned with my values and interests.
Unexpected result: I've always been roughly indifferent to what I wear, but now that I need to be in formal business attire from time to time, I've become interested in the topic of personal style and formal wear that is comfortable for me. I'm working on it now as part of my career representation of myself.
Thanks to this I made my first presentation in the company (I wanted to do more presentations). I am now brave enough to take on new tasks to learn how to do them well. I openly communicate my strengths and weaknesses, defining the status quo so that there are no misunderstandings with clients and colleagues.
